Conspicuous Beach
Located 15 kilometres east of Walpole, Conspicuous Beach is a spectacular piece of rugged coastline. Whilst not a beach recommended for swimming, Conspicuous Beach is popular with fishermen and surfers.
The Bibbulmun Track, Western Australia's premier 1,000 kilometre walking trail runs within 100 metres of the beach as it ascends to Conspicuous Cliff and Rame Head. Whales can sometimes be spotted from the cliffs. The area is well known for its Red Flowering Gum trees which have beautiful flowers in the summer months.
The track from the car park leads to an information shelter, public toilets, a picnic area and whale watching platforms.
The beach is accessed from Conspicuous Beach Road.
