Coalseam Conservation Park
Coalseam Conservation Park showcases spectacular bush land with a vast array of Mother Nature’s finest offerings on display. It is difficult to miss the explosion of colour during the spring wildflower season. A stunning collection of flowers including Everlastings, Banksias, Hakeas and Grevilleas will ensure an explosion of colour to delight your senses. Keep the camera handy to capture the diversity of wildlife that lives in the park including kangaroos, emus, echidnas, eagles and cockatoos. For the nature lover this is truly paradise.
Whilst at the Coalseam Conservation Park, you can explore the site of Western Australia’s first coal mine, view fossilised marine life in the riverbanks and take a walk along one of many walk trails through the park. With so much land to explore and so many botanical and geological masterpieces to see you may need more than a day to enjoy all the park has to offer.
Camping is available at two designated sites within the park. However, it is important to note that drinking water is not available so bring plenty with you.
