We are located close to The University of Melbourne, Lygon Street shops, the Museum and are only 2 kilometres from the CBD. The bus stops outside the front door and the tram is a 2 minute walk away.
For your convenience we have arranged a discount for our guests of 10% at the adjoining cafe for breakfast and lunch.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms (2 queen size & 1 single bed with trundle), fully equipped kitchen, formal dining for six, lounge room, family sized bathroom with laundry facilities & bath, outdoor entertaining area and terraces to the front and the rear.
The Master bedroom has French doors opening onto a historic terrace overlooking tree lined Rathdowne Street.
Our accommodation caters for 2 - 6 people and is available for short or longer stays.
Stays of a week or longer have a weekly cleaning service (more frequently by arrangement).
