Newsprint has been made at Boyer since 1941. Tours are available Tuesdays and Thursdays for groups to see the papermaking process from start to finish.
The duration of the tour is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Maximum size of party is 15 persons, minimum size party 6 persons. Allowances can be made to accommodate smaller/larger groups under special arrangements.
Children must be over 12 years to participate in the tour. Sturdy footwear is essential (sandals, thongs and high heels are not considered adequate footwear), and trousers are preferred.
Safety vests, safety glasses and hearing protection will need to be worn in designated areas and will be supplied.
