Oak Works
Oak Works Winery specialises in premium red table wines, it is situated in Renmark West and has only been in production since 2002.
Unlike other smaller wineries Oak Works has no vineyard of it own. It personally hand selects suitable vineyard plots. Oak Works owners collectively have some 35 years of wine industry experience and through their passion concentrate on producing niche varietals of outstanding quality. All wines are matured in Oak for at least 16-22 months prior to bottling.
Oak Works prides itself on the handcrafted aspect and uses Ultra Boutique techniques such as, no pumps; hand picked, basket pressed, high skins to juice ratio production, which ensures rich varietal full flavoured wines with Oak complexity in the glass for the consumer. Oak Works (as the name suggests) has no stainless steel storage, no pumps and relies on special techniques to ensure flavour and character of the wine ends up in your glass as satisfaction.
These wines are designed for the consumers who know and appreciate their product and some bottled releases are very limited. Please feel free to try our product, as we believe it stands alone on flavour and it will be a memorable and enjoyable experience. Limited licence for tastings can be arranged for groups, one to two weeks’ notice is required. Deliveries for mail orders are through Australia Post Wine Delivery Service.
