K1 Wine
K1 by Geoff Hardy is a picturesque vineyard situated next to the Kuitpo Forest, 35 minutes drive south of Adelaide. Visitors to the nearby wine area of McLaren Vale can take the ten-minute drive to the hills and visit this beautiful property. The stone walled entry of K1 Vineyards leads to the magnificent plain tree avenue winding around the lake to the cellar door. Here you can taste the unique K1 wines, with accolades that have included Best Wine of the Adelaide Hills Wine Show and inaugural winner of the Great Australian Shiraz Challenge plus a myriad of medals in overseas wine shows.
Sit on the verandah and enjoy the quiet serenity – the ducks on the lake or the occasional kangaroo hopping out of the natural bushland to graze between the vines.
