Located in a lovely little hamlet named Allendale North, only 3 minutes from Kapunda The Wheatsheaf Pub is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The Wheatsheaf Pub proudly offers a wide range of customer facilities. We have both the front bar which is home to our billiards table, plus the 'rainwater tank booth' where couples enjoy playing cards or a game of chess by the fire. We have our Main Dining Room which seats 25 guests comfortably plus the Private Dining Room which is permanently set-up for 6-8 people to enjoy a relaxing evening in complete privacy.And, for our couples, we have the intimate and eclectic "Love Shack" nestled in the heart of our pub. For corporate and large families events we offer The Gallery whereby we can cater for up to 35 guests and this room is used in conjunction with our beautiful and inviting Beer Garden. Have a game of petanque anytime you like, weather permitting of course!
The Wheatsheaf Pub is much more than just a front bar. "Fresh food, fine art, live music" is the premise of our old, lovely, quaint pub constructed in 1855.
We only feature South Australian artists and South Australian wines.
