Archer Park Station and Steam Tram Museum
The Archer Park Railway Station museum contains several exhibitions associated with railways and the Rockhampton Council Tramways. Items have been collected from a variety of sources including private collectors, former rail workers, the Capricorn Heritage Rail Association (The Friends of Archer Park) and Queensland Rail.
Tram rides are available on Sundays between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. free of charge, except on Carriage Caper Days held every second month where there is charge of AUD1.00.
The Archer Park Railway Station is located in Rockhampton and is sure to have items to interest for many different age groups.
