Shoyoen Sister City Garden
The Shoyoen Sister City Garden is located in Elizabeth Park - Dubbo's developing Regional Botanic Garden, Coronation Drive, East Dubbo. The name of the Garden, 'Shoyoen', means 'strolling and refreshing garden.'
You may wish to consider joining The Friends of Shoyoen and Elizabeth Park Garden Volunteers. The Friends are a socially active group who guide visitors, assist with maintaining the gardens, uphold the spirit of the Sister City relations, and stage special events throughout the year. If you would like to become a Friend, contact Council's Community Participation Facilitator.

The Garden is open from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. weekends. The Garden is open from midday to 4.00 p.m. on Anzac Day. The Garden is closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday. Entry to the garden is free of charge. Weddings and other events attract a charge and bookings are essential.
