Hands On The Rock
The Hands On The Rock is located 52km from Mudgee, 37km from Gulgong and
is 2.3 kilometres north of the drip. Turn left at the indicator sign, proceed 0.4km
to a clearing alongside large rock formations. Leave your car at the parking
area and walk 500 metres along the walking track to the overhanging rocks.
Visitors can explore and see the stencil hands that aboriginal people painted
hundreds of years ago and feel the understanding of the closeness between the
people and their land
