Located just four kilometres from the town centre, Cowra Fun Museum offers an extensive collection of war, rail and rural memorabilia housed in a two-acre covered complex. Special features of the museum include a Cowra prisoners of war display, 14 working steam engines, a massive model train layout and antique shop.

Free guided tours are available and free photographs taken. Coach groups are specially catered for.
