The Quarry Restaurant and Cellars is set amongst Cowra Estate Vineyards.
The Cellar, open Tuesday to Sunday, offers tastings and sales of some of Cowra's best wine labels including wine from the oldest vineyard - Cowra Estate, as well as award winning wines from Coolinda Wines, Mulyan, Swinging Bridge and Nassau Estate. These wines can also be purchased on line from www.cowraregionwines.com.
The Quarry Restaurant was recently awarded 3 stars in the Mietta's 2002 Best Australian Restaurant Guide and was also the winner of the Cowra Outstanding Business Awards 2001 - Restaurant Category. The Restaurant caters for lunch and dinner either outside on a lovely tree shaded terrace or in the delightful restaurant. The style of the food served is Modern Australian utilising the best of regional produce. A unique feature of the Restaurant are the number of local wines available by the glass, approximately 20. These wines are also available to purchase in the Cellar.
The Restaurant serves lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner is available Friday and Saturday night.
