The cottage is located on a working 2800 acre farm property and it straddles Clear Creek and the Winburndale Rivulet and only fifteen minutes drive from Bathurst.
The cottage accommodating four adults has queen and twin bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and log fire in the living room.
