The fully self-contained house contains two Queen Bed rooms and one Double sofa bed.
Situated just 15 minutes on the Sydney side of Mudgee, Paradise has a resident mob of more than 40 Eastern Grey Kangaroos and over 65 bird species to entertain and delight you.
A private swimming hole with grassy beach is located 150 metres from the house and platypuses, echidnas, wombats and wallabies are regularly seen along the river.
Seven of Mudgee's finest cellar doors are within 15 minutes drive including two of the most spectacular establishments (which also offer great coffee) just 2 kilometres away.
The house is ideally suited to two couples with two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, and separate toilet. However there is also a study or studio if you feel like pursuing your artistic abilities with a double sofa bed should you wish to sleep up to six people in the house.
A modern fully-equipped kitchen with a beautiful outlook leads to a very comfortable lounge and dining room and then out to a courtyard with large outdoor setting and barbeque. The front of the house has a long veranda ideal for watching the sunset and the kangaroos grazing in the paddock.
Paradise is a perfect retreat for artists, nature watchers, those seeking peace and privacy or a Big Chill weekend or those who need healing and rest.
