Greenbrier Park Cellar Door
Greenbrier Estate Vineyards are situated 740 metres above sea level in the cool climate of the Southern Highlands overlooking Mittagong. The vineyard is planted with a northerly aspect on rich basalt soils. Cool winds and reduced frost exposure have created a terrain unique in this newly established wine region.
The first harvest of Sauvignon Blanc grapes in 2002 produced a trophy winning wine. While in 2004 the Sauvignon Blanc Vintage was awarded a gold medal and two trophies. Other varieties include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
The cellar door outlet has full tasting and other facilities.
