Fremantle Outdoor Film Festival
The Fremantle Outdoor Film Festival from 1 February until 1 March is now in it's seventh year. The eclectic program offers a diverse, international program with many films having their first Australian premier.
Wednesday nights are WASA Wednesdays (entry by gold coin donation). These nights showcase the finalists in the 20th Western Australia Screen Awards, including Best Documentary, Best Drama, Best Animation, Best Actor and more! Come and vote for the IF People’s Choice Award and have your say in Western Australia’s filmmaking future.
Thursday nights screen award winning documentaries from around the world and Friday nights see Dave Diamond and the DooDaddies play their Chicago Blues while the barbecue sizzles prior to the feature film being screened.
Saturday nights are hosted by various organisations such as Kulcha, Friends Of Mexico and the Turkish Australian Cultural House who will provide entertainment and food to add to your film experience!
Chairs, rugs and picnics are welcome and strictly no bring your own alcohol. A licenced bar is available.
