The Om Reiki Centre s Reiki Level 1 course is for people who want better health and more energy.
The course integrates the best features from both Western and newly discovered Japanese Reiki lineages to provide students with a depth of understanding only recently available.
Why Our Reiki Course is Good for You
Our traditional Usui Level 1 Reiki course will help you to immediately connect to Reiki energy. At its completion, you should:
* Be able to give Reiki treatment to both yourself and others
* Know all basic hand positions + several unique and powerful ones we have created (e.g. our special 'three-hands' technique)
* Have an understanding of the 5 Reiki precepts and why they can strengthen your practice
* Have practised several methods - like breathing into the 'hara' - for increasing the flow of chi and strengthening healing
* Know how to smooth the aura and cleanse the body of energetic impurities
* Know several meditation techniques to help tap into the body's energy system and, as a result, improve the energy flow within it (thus improving overall health)
* Have a basic understanding of the chakra system and how it effects your well being
* Understand the importance of working intuitively with Reiki and how you can develop your intuition in healing
The course is held over two days and all participants are welcome to contact Jeremy afterwards to discuss their reiki progress and ask questions. Jeremy is a traditional Usui / Shamballa Reiki Master. He is a registered Master Teacher with the ARC.
All participants will receive a Level 1 Reiki manual with notes on the information covered in the course as well as a certificate initiating them into Level 1 Usui Reiki.
