50 Kilometre Radius Dinner
River House Restaurant, in conjunction with Vogue, Entertaining and Travel, is hosting two very special dinners, for the second year in a row, known as the 50 Kilometre Radius Dinner on 26 June and 27 June. Chef David Rayner has devised the 50 Kilometre Radius Dinner, which will only feature produce grown within 50 kilometres of Noosa. The dinners consist of five courses with a glass of Henriot Champagne on arrival.
David Rayner has been at the forefront of promoting local and regional produce nationally and internationally. He has a large network of local producers which enable him to devise a tantalising menu using local meat, shellfish, fruit, vegetables, butter, cheese, oil and bread. Noosa is home to some of the countries finest fisherman, farmers, cheese makers and producers. The dinners provide the opportunity for the public to meet local producers and the local producers to showcase their produce.
