Ramblers Post Equinox Skydiving Festival

The eighth Post Equinox Skydiving Festival, or Boogie, is to be held at the Ramblers parachute drop zone at Toogoolawah on the Brisbane Valley in October. The festival will attract skydivers from around the world and across Australia to participate in this unique nine day skydiving adventure and entertainment experience.

All facets of skydiving and parachuting will take place including group freefall, birdman flocking jumps, freestyle skydiving and parachute landings, formation aeroplane flights, helicopter jumps, night jumps and for any spectators, tandem skydives. Entry to the festival is free for spectators but there is a fee for the tandems.

During the day parachuting and skydiving will be taking place non-stop. It will even continue into the evening with the night sky being lit up with free falling "Meteor Men". The evening's entertainment will include day tapes of the day's jumping, huge raffle prizes and musical bands and talent quests.
