State Library Open Day
The State Library of Queensland swings open its doors for an open day celebration of library matters. Join them for a fun-filled day of play, discovery and interaction with the State Library, its people and its collections.
Go behind the scenes of the building and venture in to the area where collections are preserved and stored. Meet the librarians and find out more about their favourite collection items. Interact with the images, sounds and stories from the collection.
Book your tickets early to be the first people to play in the 'Game On' exhibition and don't miss the special appearance from Murri Claus and his helpers.
Activities for children throughout the day will include game playoffs, performances in The Corner, giveaways, films and much more!
