Making Music.... together

Enjoy being part of the music making.

Making Music…. together combines participatory workshops, to be held in the morning and early afternoon for students and professionals in Darwin. The day concludes with a Twilight Concert, presenting the master performer/teachers and students who have been in workshops earlier in the day. Participants and observers are welcome to attend these sessions. Don’t miss out on this valuable learning experience with Australia’s finest musicians.

These workshops include works for percussion that will be performed in concert, as well s an introduction into exotic percussion and timpani. Grooves and interaction for people of all ages will be explored. Come along and work with one of Australia’s most creative drummer/percussionists.

Making Music Workshop 1 is at 10am, Workshop 2 is at 2pm and the Twilight Concert is at 5pm. Workshop participants receive a complimentary ticket to, From Mist to Trees, on Saturday 19 April 2008.
