Palmerston Festival
A fun filled day of multicultural entertainment and food.
The Palmerston Festival is a great day of free enjoyment. There are plenty of fun and entertaining activities to keep the kids busy and various businesses, craft and display stalls for the adults. Also featuring is the annual Postcard Art Competition, Creative Arts Exhibition and the Grace Sivell Quilt Exhibition, plus the NT Busking Championship. Entertainment for the day comprises of community and multicultural dancers, including the Chung Wah Society lion dancers, a spectacular fire show, a lantern and puppet parade, the Darwin Cantonese Opera and the Destinations performance featuring the Palmelody Choir and much more. A delicious selection of food will be available all day.
