Sapphire Coast Orchid Club Australian Native Orchid and Bonsai Show

This is a specialist orchid show for Australian Native Orchids featuring Sarcanthinae Orchids although other orchids in flower will be on show. Sarcanthinae are principally Australian native orchids from the rainforests and rocky ravines. Whilst their flowers are small they are very prolific, ranging in colour from crystalline white through pinks to deep reds. This will be a spectacular show of these seldom seen orchids with typically 150 plants on show.

As an additional interest a prominent local Bonsai grower will display his spectacular collection and talk to visitors about the art of Bonsai.

Sales of both orchids and Bonsai will be available but be early.
