Fete of the Earth - Science and Eco Festival for Kids features all day festival entertainment and science discoveries with the fun and stalls of a traditional fete. Close encounters with crocodiles, reptiles and even a dinosaur or two! Roving performers, rides, aqua play, craft activities, organic produce, recycled goods, science discovery rooms, and exclusive workshops and Meet the Scientist program.
Science Trail Stalls include Future World, National Parks and Wildlife bus, Seabird Rescue, Glengarry Cottage, NSW Fisheries and Eco Depot.
Book in advance for hands-on workshops including: Extract your own DNA, Maporama - the essentials of going bush, Ridgy Didge - hands-on experience & teaching from a master didge player plus Close Encounters with either frogs or crocs!
Free native plant with every rides pass to carbon offset the diesel used.
Start early and stay all day to maximize all the free entertainment and activities on offer.
